Rolando Inostroza is a prominent Chilean businessman with extensive experience in both national and international football. He has an academic background in Accounting, Engineering, Law, and various football-related diplomas. A former professional player for Unión Española, he later held key management roles in clubs like AC Barnechea and Unión Española. Notably, he founded the first Chilean football club with a female name, Club Deportivo Doña Javiera Carrera, and the first professional women’s team at AC Barnechea, which achieved significant success in 2022.

Currently, as president of PSA Team Soccer in the U.S., Inostroza is dedicated to implementing his PSA philosophy to develop competitive soccer talent. His goal is to train players who can represent the U.S. in international competitions, continuing his legacy of leadership and strategic vision in football.

PSA Team Soccer is a sports institution dedicated to developing its playing philosophy and methodology. We focus on creating competitive and leading teams in all matches, from friendlies to official games, ensuring that our philosophy is present at all times and in the development plans from the beginning.
